External Events
CFL External Events are fund raising events that are coordinated entirely by third-party individuals and companies. Hundreds of supporters have taken part in external events because they give organizers the ability to fund raise in their own unique way.
Golf Tournament
Crossing the Finish Line's 9th Annual Peter R. Bossow, Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament was held on October 6, 2008 at Commonwealth National Golf Club. Thank you to all our generous golfers and volunteers who came out to support CFL on the greens and helped us raise over $36,000! Fashion Show
Many thanks to all our Fashion Show Volunteers for a wonderful and memorable evening on Thursday, April 24th at The Dolce in King of Prussia. The Nicole Miller fashions were stunning, the tombola and auction prices enticing and the food and and, most importantly, the company enriching! The hard efforts of all involved resulted in raising nearly $50,000 from the event!
Fishing Tournament
On August 9th, 24 boats entered the 9th Annual "Hook One for Hope" Fishing Tournament. Afterwards, everyone met up at Minmar Marine for the CFL Bayside Party, where lots of fishing stories were exchanged!
